Welcome to Lake Tahoe and Jauquin's Personal Chef Services.

My name is Randy Anger (Jauquin is my nickname) and I am a 22 year local of North Lake Tahoe and I have been working in the restaurant and bar business for the last 25 years.  I am now offering a personalized service to locals and visitors who would rather have their cooking and or shopping done for them.

I offer on-site cooking and pre-made meals for people who enjoy having their culinary needs taken care of while visiting Lake Tahoe.  I offer a wide range of food styles and flavors,accented by fresh produce and fruits. Please take a look at my sample menu and make any suggestions, special orders are no problem.

I am  available for parties of up to 30 people.
